Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore featured in this latest document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a key labelling distinct parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
